We prepare United States trademark applications for $200. You pay the USPTO filing fee separately, straight to the Office. If you are based outside the United States, the USPTO requires U.S. counsel. That is the work.

A $350 USPTO fee applies to trademark applications with one class that qualify for the reduced fee (for example, no custom descriptions). Other filings may cost more.
Foreign-domiciled filers
If your domicile is outside the U.S., you need a U.S.-licensed attorney on the application. We can be that attorney.

If your domicile is outside the United States, the United States Patent and Trademark Office requires a U.S.-licensed attorney on your trademark work. That rule has been in force since August 3, 2019, and it is still the one that catches people off guard.
