What the complaint alleges

The complaint alleges that around May 25, 2026 Chrome Hearts sent Akira a takedown notice over a necklace advertised on TikTok, along with notice of its registered CH Cross, Cemetery Cross Patch, and CH Plus marks, and that the advertisement came down but Akira kept advertising and selling infringing products. On information and belief, it alleges that Akira sells the accused products through its website, Instagram, and retail stores in New York and other states, and that it shipped them to consumers in the district.
