Our attorney fee to prepare a U.S. trademark application starts at $200. That is the legal work. The United States Patent and Trademark Office charges its own filing fees, paid by you directly to the Office. The USPTO base fee is $350 per class. A one-class application that uses the USPTO's ID Manual descriptions pays only that; custom descriptions or missing information add per-class surcharges. Do not treat $350 as a flat fee for every filing. Other filings may cost more.
