The complaint alleges that Ironleaf Equity Partners was formed in Delaware on October 10, 2025, offers private equity services through ironleafequitypartners.com, and refers to itself as IRON LEAF EQUITY PARTNERS and Ironleaf Equity Partners. It alleges that the plaintiff learned of that use in late May 2026, sent a demand letter on June 11, 2026, and followed up several times without a response.
