What was filed
The complaint is Document 1, filed October 15, 2026, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The case is Urocare Products, Inc. v. CelestiqHealth LLC, No. 2:26-cv-12078. It runs 19 pages. Counsel is Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP. Jurisdiction is pleaded under 15 U.S.C. § 1121(a) and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1338, and 1367, and venue under 28 U.S.C. § 1391(b). Urocare demands a jury.
The parties and the mark
The complaint says Urocare Products, Inc. is a California corporation in Pomona, California, that has used UROCARE for urinary and incontinence care products since at least May 11, 1976. It alleges ownership of Registration No. 1,392,075 for UROCARE, filed December 10, 1984 and registered May 6, 1986, covering urinary incontinence care products such as skin adhesives and cleaning solutions in Class 5 and urinary leg bags, external catheters, drainage tubes, and related items in Class 10, and says the registration is incontestable. USPTO records list No. 1,392,075 as a live registration for UROCARE in a special-form drawing, owned by Urocare Products, Inc., a California corporation, in Classes 5 and 10. They show a Section 8 declaration accepted and a Section 15 declaration acknowledged in 1992, and the third ten-year renewal granted on April 19, 2026. It alleges, on information and belief, that CelestiqHealth LLC is a Delaware limited liability company and a distributor of supplements and health care products.
What the complaint alleges
It alleges, on information and belief, that CelestiqHealth recently began using UROCARE on dietary supplements aimed at urinary tract health, some said to contain cranberry, and sells them on eBay and on websites whose addresses contain UROCARE. It alleges, on information and belief, that customers contacted Urocare and returned or tried to return the supplements to it, and it says the product photographs in the complaint came from those returns. Also on information and belief, it alleges that customers complained to Urocare that CelestiqHealth signed them up for recurring subscriptions and did not respond to cancellation requests, and that the address and telephone number on the products are invalid. It says Urocare attempted to send a cease-and-desist letter on May 5, 2026 to the address the Delaware Secretary of State lists for CelestiqHealth's agent for service of process, and that the letter was never answered. It says Urocare has taken down several websites with UROCARE in the address, including through UDRP actions, and alleges, on information and belief, that CelestiqHealth creates new ones.
Counts and relief

The prayer seeks preliminary and permanent injunctions, an order directing marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon.com to remove listings, transfer or takedown of websites with UROCARE in the address, damages and profits with enhancement under 15 U.S.C. § 1117(a), attorneys' fees, and punitive damages.
